How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 5-7 days from the order date to ship from our warehouse.

 

How much will the shipping cost be?

Domestic orders: A fee of INR 150/- is charged for shipping on all domestic orders under INR 2000/- and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes.

 

Offers: We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid at the time.

 

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online. Mail it to us at earthyweavesinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the new shipping address.

What if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents/delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

 

In case the delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect or incomplete shipping details (mobile number, address or pin code), an additional re-shipping fee of INR 150 will be applicable. This fee is a mandate, regardless of the order value, code, discount, offer, etc. 

 

What is your order cancellation policy?

Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled only before shipping is initiated.

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the email: earthyweavesinfo@gmail.com

 

Do your offer cash on delivery? 

We currently do not offer COD.
