Refund policy

Exchange Policy: 

We only do exchange if there is a size issue and not in pattern or colours or designs. If the piece that you have purchased is not the right size we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of the delivery of the piece. If you'd like to process an exchange, we charge an exchange fee of 200/- .

Only products which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for exchange. To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size chart carefully before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.

Once the above information is received, a pickup will be generated within 48 hours. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. Upon receiving the product, a credit note of the amount paid, less, 200/- (exchange fee) will be issued. The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website earthyweaves.com

The credit note will be valid for two months and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discount or offer. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.

 

In an off chance, if there is a manufacturing defect, there is no additional charge for exchange. Once we receive the returned package, our team will review the reason for exchange and based on the quality check we will process the exchange.
